Linking RFTFs and their family members to Vocational Education Training to receive skills identified in a baseline analysis of needsActivities for developing and improving skills and capacities of RFTFs, their family members and the community at risk in order to facilitate their employment and self-reliance.
Assessment test to evaluate their level of knowledge and their preferences and also orientation session to push them towards the professions demanded by the market.
Supporting RFTFs and their families during the job seeking process and assisting them in finding new market opportunities and leveraging network. These instruments will help empower these marginalized groups and reintegrate them in the society.
The Road to Entrepreneurship
Networking and Workshops for entrepreneurial skills - Hosting and developing new initiatives on startup’s for RFTFs, their family members and Close CommunityThese activities help RFTFs, their families and other community member to cultivate their business ideas under the assistance of the best mentors and consultants from the field of academia and business. Thanks to well-oriented, and tested programs these ideas will be transformed into businesses ready to challenge the market in a span of several months.
Incubation program for RFTFs and their family members or other community member who have a business idea but lack the skills, capacity and experience to implement them. The incubation program will be organized in three stages:
- Pre-Incubation
- Incubation
- Post Incubation
